I am student at the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) and research assistant at the Leibniz-Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut (HBI), working on its (Social) Media Observatory, a project for the Research Institute Social Cohesion. I hold a BA in Media and Communications Studies from the University of Hamburg and I’m currently pursuing a MA in Interdisciplinary Research on Antisemitism at the Technical University of Berlin. My research to date has centered on topics including contemporary antisemitism, right-wing extremism and political communication in digital environments.
My current research examines German-language communication on Facebook and Telegram before and after October 7, 2023. I combine qualitative content analysis with computational and LLM-assisted methods to investigate how established antisemitic motifs are reformulated, connected to current events and circulated across different platform environment.
